Max 5003 Eco Prime Water Thin-able Cement wall seal is acrylic emulsion based primer suitable for application of interior and exterior and plastered surfaces, concrete, asbestos etc.' It is quick drying, has fast re-coating time and gives smooth finish too. 3 in 1 Benefit like Stabilizing Wall, waterproofing and more coverage. It has excellent opacity and whiteness also improves appearance of top coat. Does not chalk and can be applied on adequately cured fresh plaster, does not required curing with water, provides excellent addition to top coat emulsions , prevents peeling off of top emulsions.
